Job Description

-Prepare monthly activities plan and submit to Supervisor

-Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits

-Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans

-Determine all applicable ratio and metrics and set up debt payment plans

-Disburse loan to clients and collect all document collateral and clear all document to credit admin on time.

-Follow up overdue payment loan, overdue collection and following up loan disbursement as guideline.

-Travel to meet the target clients for any further process of loan within the limitation area.

-Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines.

-Prepare monthly productivities report to supervisor

-Perform other duties is assigned by line manager
